When will I be paid?

Simply pays Interpreters at the later of end of the month or 30 days after invoice submission for work completed in the prior month. If the end of the month falls on a weekend of bank holiday, you will be paid on the next business day.
For example, if you completed a job on May 1st, 10th, and 25th, please submit one invoice on or before June 1st, for payment by June 30th.
ACH Payments
ACH payments are more stable and likely to arrive on time
Bank Checks
Bank checks are sent by postal mail and may be delayed depending upon your postman. Please ensure that your mailbox is safe and secured. If you lost your check, please inform Controllers@simplyinterpreting.com. There will be a several week delay while the bank processes the lost check request. Do cash your bank checks prior to the expiry date printed on the check, checks deposited after expiry will bounce and result in fees charged to you by your bank.
